It can be a new thought, idea, event or possibility in your life that has been prompted or evolved from one of the Discovery exercises.

Throughout history telling stories was the way information was passed on from generation to generation.
Your story may inspire someone else, give them an idea or maybe stir their curiosity and interest. By writing your tale you will also put it in perspective for yourself.
Here are a few questions to ask yourself if you need help getting started.
What happened?
What is different for you now?
What did you learn?
What may be next?
What is important?
How do you feel about it?
What is the main point?
How does this help you or someone else?
Was there a new possibility created?
Is there a new or stronger awareness?
Follow the instructions on the form, have fun and
submit. Everyone has a story, or two to share. You might be
surprised how many people may be interested in yours.
